Jon Kunz

Jon Kunz was born in Chicago, Illinois. He moved with his family to Pembroke Pines in 1980. He met his wife Patty in San Pedro Sula, Honduras while on a business trip in the country.  They married and settled down in Cape Coral where Jon had originally moved and has been part of the community since 1997.

Jon and Patty work together as a real estate team. Patty and Jon are bilingual, which is a valuable asset to their real estate clients.  She has strong ties to the Latin community in Southwest Florida and is committed to helping anyone that needs to find a home here.

Jon brings years of experience in construction, building, development, real estate, and property investment field of work. Jon holds multiple certifications in construction and Residential/Commercial development including a state certified contractor’s license in Air Conditioning and mechanical trades. He understands the real estate property market from a development and investment side and was drawn to real estate because he genuinely loves working with people to achieve their goals. Jon has a strong background in business and development along with construction and real estate in the SW Florida market for over 25 years. Jon knows how to navigate and is committed to successfully helping his clients step-by-step through the home buying or selling process to get the results they desire. Jon’s 40+ years of experience in real estate development give him a whole additional layer of skills in helping clients achieve their dreams and goals in SW Florida.

Jon and Patty have five children between them and four grandchildren.  When he is not with family and friends he is usually fishing, at the range, or involved in some sort of outdoor activity, especially if it involves a Bar B Que Grill.

Jon has known of the quality and professionalism of the Miloff Aubuchon Team throughout his career in Southwest Florida and was happy to join the group as a real estate agent alongside his wife Patty.
